Stress Relief with Yoga

I thank all of you who took advantage of the yoga class at St. Joseph’s Cancer Center and wrote back to me. I am so glad you enjoyed the class and find it very helpful. Even though Dr. Sri Krishna has a lot more to offer, I asked him to stick to 3 easy and powerful ways to relieve stress that almost anybody can use. He lead us through 3 processes:

1. Meditation using breath

2. Arm exercises to energize and relieve pain in neck and shoulders, spondilitis

3. Bhramari Pranayama to reduce tension, blood pressure etc

We all had good instruction and demonstration of it as he lead us through these processes. However, I do not expect you to remember everything with one experience. So, I have put together those three techniques for you in written form.
