Stress is such a widely used term that everyone seems to know what it is but can’t agree on a definition.
Stress is not just a feeling in our head but it has definite physiological reactions in our body.
Five Simple and easy methods to recognize stress were listed in the Free Report when you sign in. Make sure you use a method you like to recognize when you are stressing.
Once you notice that you are stressing, pay attention to what it going on with you at that time – both inside and outside. What are you thinking, what are you saying to yourself, what is going on with your life, relationships etc. Make sure you keep doing this for a little while. A good way to do this is by keeping a diary, a kind of log for the day. Simply writing down whenever you feel stressed, and what is going on with you at that time. Once you do this for a week, you get the idea about what times of day and what kind of situations are bringing about the stress reactions in your body.
